15  Observed the following non-food contact surfaces to be improper: Lower level Kitchen: 1) rust on wire racks, 2) broken molding on counter above 3-bay, 3) various counters with broken pieces 1st level kitchen: 1) inside refrigerator door is cracked and insulation showing, 2) peeling counter top to hand sink, 3) rust on racks of small cooler, 4) shelves peeling where plates are stored Waitress station and bar area: 1) peeling counter top to hand sink, 2) heavy frost build up on Good Humor Freezer, 3) rust on lower shelf where salad plates are stored, 4) all wood shelves are chipped, 5) rust on inside of roll top beer coolers.
